replaceLastOrThrow

Array.replaceLastOrThrow(target, value, replacement)

Replaces the last occurrence of value in target with replacement. If value is not found, throws an error.

Array.replaceLastOrThrow([1, 2, 3], 4, 9); // throws FnError
